Once you schedule your private event, you are not eligible to receive a refund. When you schedule your event at Destin Pole Parties, we are committing to provide you a specific date and time for your private event with a hired Pole Party Instructor, thereby making this day and time slot unavailable to others.
How To Schedule
Our robust online scheduling system will get your party booked instantly!
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required before your party can be booked in the system.
If you are not paying your party in full, the additional balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. You will receive a balance due reminder to the email address you provided at the time of your booking to pay the balance due.
All parties booked within 7 days will be assessed a $50 late booking fee and must be paid in full.
Parties booked during the weeks/weekends of special celebrated themed Holidays, Valentines Day, Mardi Gras, Halloween, ALL National Holidays, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years, will be assessed a $75 holiday convenience charge.
Scheduling After 9:00pm
Parties scheduled after 9:00pm will have an additional fee of $50 and must be paid in full.
Group Head Count
When booking an event, you must select the group size. You can always choose the minimum group size and add additional guests 7 days prior to your event. If the number of guests attending changes, your rate is affected by it. There are no refunds for last minute guests that are unable to attend.
All guests whether they just want to watch or not must count as a paying guest, no exceptions. Plus everyone wants to participate once they see how much fun their friends are having.
Rescheduling Your Party
If your event needs to be changed to a future date due to any unforeseen situation kindly let us know, we offer rebooking at no extra charge ONE TIME ONLY. Party deposits have no expiration and can be applied to the same event in the future. Rescheduling your event does require a minimum notice of 21 days of your scheduled party date and a CONFIRMATION via email. Rescheduling your event attempts via text, or voice mail will not be confirmed. If for any reason you have to re-book more than one time, there will be a rebooking fee of $50.
Please understand the commitment we are making to you does force us to adhere to a set of cancelation policies. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, acts of God, contact us about transferring or postponing your unused party. There are no refunds or exchanges on any packages. All Sales are Final.
In the event the studio has to close due to inclement weather or acts of God, you will be notified via phone and via email. You have the opportunity to transfer or reschedule your party at a later time with an expiration date of 3 years from your original party date. There are absolutely no refunds. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your party with us.
Our parties start promptly on the time and end on time. If you arrive late to your party we will not extend the end time. You only have your scheduled time to use the studio; Please have your guests arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your party time. Be dressed and ready to have a GREAT TIME! ALL GUESTS need to fill out the online waiver BEFORE arriving to the studio. Please note that we book parties back to back so if you arrive earlier than 10 minutes, you may be intruding on another parties private studio time or interrupting an instructor cleaning before your party begins. Parties remaining after the reserved time will be charged an ADDITIONAL $150 per hour.
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We encourage you to select the party package that fits your group needs. We have add-on options available for our Bachelorette & Birthday Party Packages. *If there is any damage caused by your group due to food or drinks, a cleaning fee of $50 – $150 will be assessed at the end of your party.
Depending on your party package, the studio provides lots of fun props for you to dress up, have fun and take paparazzi pictures! Hats, boas, wigs and more!
What To Wear
You can wear whatever you want! We have seen it all throughout the years. Casual to fancy; from tanks and leggings, to matching outfits, to full out costume themes! For footwear; wear socks or go barefoot the choice is yours. Matching knee pads are always fun and many guests like the extra protection.

Safety is our number one priority Under Florida Law Chapter 856. Disorderly intoxication, DPP has the right to refuse entrance to any patron that appears intoxicated and could endanger the safety of another person or property. Anyone who damages or breaks any content inside the studio will be fully responsible for the cost. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded their money.
